Our primary pairs are Italian with English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch, and Portuguese. We also work with Polish, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, and Russian through verified specialist partners. If you have a specific pair not listed, contact us and we will tell you clearly whether we can handle it and to what standard.

Most projects are quoted per word, with rates depending on the language pair, subject matter, and delivery timeline. You always receive a fixed confirmed quote before we start. Our flat-rate packages cover the word volumes listed. For larger or more complex projects, we scope individually.

A document of 1,500 to 2,000 words takes 2 to 3 working days through our standard workflow. The 24-hour rush option is available for shorter documents as an add-on. Larger projects are scoped at the time of quoting with a confirmed delivery date.

Yes. For documents that require a sworn declaration for official Italian use, our registered sworn translators provide the signed attestation alongside the translation. For international use where an apostille is required, we can assist with the apostille process as an add-on service.

We sign NDAs before receiving any documents. All translators in our network operate under confidentiality agreements as standard. Files are transmitted over encrypted channels and deleted within 60 days of project completion. We do not use client content to train any machine translation systems.

If the delivered work does not match the agreed brief, we provide free revisions within 14 days. If the quality issue is fundamental and revision cannot resolve it, we discuss a partial or full refund on a case-by-case basis. See the Refund Policy page for the full conditions.
